Our founder is a Registered Nurse with a Post Graduate and Graduate Diploma of Clinical Nursing.


The senior team has extensive sector experience, including in aged care, disability, hospital and emergency settings.


We love Gippsland! We're proud to call Traralgon home and love to serve communities across the Latrobe Valley, as well as all of greater Melbourne.


We support the CALD community. People from all backgrounds and cultures are welcome with Share Care.


We're one of the few NDIS providers to offer a nursing concierge service, so you can get to and from medical appointments with the support you need.
